How do you know about the quota thingy? is the quota for 4rms the same? HAHAHA i've absolutely no idea about that at all... i'm just praying that i can get my dream house
i'm also discussing with my partner about SOBF'nov16 for another area... which area you are balloting next?

Thanks for the inputs. Really got to log in to myHDB to see to selection dates. Mine is on 6th Jan for Woodlands.

Noob question though. Do we still have 2 chances as first timers if we participate for Nov 2016 BTO/SOBF?

1st time participate?
If previously you did not participate and have not bought and units should be 1st timer w 2 chance.

Yes, even if you participate SOBF NOV 16,will still be first timer.

May i know how do i view the package for flat list and flat details ? i try logged in myHDB but i only see my appt date...

Will HDB mail out the details to us? Please don't tell me i need to go in their website see the details 1 by 1 ?

I'm having the same problem. Only know queue number and app date. Dig around a bit still can aga aga see things to bring. But the appointment letter etc can't find.

I dont think the package & flat details blah blah blah will be out so soon.

They indicate click Ref/Reg No, i click le still nothing.

Since mine is Jan, i can still wait.

Will recommend you to call the hotline & ask.
Might be faster this way
