Anyway, you are you sure you wanna go for punggol? There are only 8 units where 6 are for short lease (for aged 55 and above).

If you are ard 35,you should go for 2 room flexi.you might wanna consider Jurong and Bukit Batok as still got alot of 2 room in these estates.

Reason is i like Punggol , and completion is near . So if the elderly did not take up the slot , will i have a chance to ballot ?

How old are you? You need to be 55 years and above in order to be eligible for the elderly flat.

*These flats are for offer to elderly (aged 55 and above) only, and will be sold on a short-lease of between 15 to 45 years. These flats come with elderly-friendly fixtures and fittings.
