Looking at his post which he mention he got a resale at his preferred area, I doubt his sobf application is in the same area..

nah. I'm getting a private apartment will give up sobf even if my number is 1. otp is 1% of price cannot afford to give up!

The date is not confirmed. Results out usually at the end of month. But who knows, it might be mid mth since it's the national day this mth. HAHAHH.Goodluck~

i receive letter that HDB looking at my application and say I have 2 chances in the computer ballot for a queue position to book a flat... means I will get SBF is it? Cos I rem I applied the last round, they never send me such hardcopy letter before...

sobf they only leave 5% units for normal couples. I.e. not close to parents, don't have kid

yup, received a letter of acknowledgement of sorts.
saying i'm applying under mcps, will be balloted with the fellow mcps applicants for 30% of the units. if not successful, will ballot into the 1st timer public scheme.

i wouldn't hold my breathe for this.
i mean, now that there's a PH during weekday, it will mean lesser working dy for them to do their work...resulting in later results for us even.

5% for Singles under SOBF.

Anyway, this area is near my parent's house. Possible to have a higher chance?

There will be BTO in August, but the area is not near my parent's house.

hmm I remember out of the 95% for sobf most are allocated to those with kids or live bear parents.
