I personally met with skipped printing couple of times. It will be jialart if the store keeper die die want to see the paper receipt as proof. As u know some store keepers are not savvy. They will keep pushing u to contact socash even though u explain the transaction side already show payment has cross over cos they can easily see their total transaction for the day on the device itself. One of the store keeper trusted me. She didn't pay the other person due to such error and insist her customer to contact socash. So when im there she show to me and ask me. I explain to her in fact the $ has already cross over. If didn't it won't show on the device at all. There's a cancelled tab. If it's cancelled it'll be chuck there instead. After that then she hurriedly paynow back her customer as her customer watsapp her repeatedly..😅

Just now I try to withdraw cash from SS but when I key in my ID and Pw on the dbs Ibanking page (directed from socash app) , it shows incorrect ID or Pw. It happens for a few times till I gave up.

When I tried to login to dbs n posb iBanking page at home. It's able login using the same Id and Pw... Anyone experiencing the same problem?

Cash withdrawal service for DBS/POSB ceased from 1 January 2021

Just tried to withdraw again at SS. This time it's successful... Strange.. Haha

The disadvantage of withdrawal at SS is there is no cashback.
