My socash app is behaving weird. Last week I did 2 transactions and for both I got 30c, then suddenly they both disappeared, as soon as I did the 2nd transaction.

Today I withdrew 100 1st transaction I got $1 cashback. Then 2nd transaction, I withdrew 100 again, it asked me to click to see the reward, then the reward disappeared again, like last time. Something is happening when you do the 2nd transaction, it is wiping out the previous and current cashback.

Do you know now can only get 1 cashback daily?
Maybe the 2nd transaction redeemed the cashback from the previous transaction and the 2nd transaction do not earn any cashback.

How come yours draw 100 only get $1?

Current promo is 1.5%. Usually we draw 500 to get 7.50 la. If 100 should b 1.50.. where did u draw from?

So far only shengsiong and hao mart is on 1.5% promo

Hmm only thing official I can see here is $30 cap cashback per month. Btw 4×$500=$2000 will already max out the $30. Dun see why need for the $1 to expire, worse case just need to make a few more withdrawals of smaller amounts instead of $500.

to clarify, the "per week" for the $1 Bonus and Reset is not based calendar week, but "7 days from date and time of 1st qualifying transaction"

Why do you say withdrawing $1 will not maximise the $30 cashback? Isn’t $1 from the previous month‘s cashback?
