Hmm only thing official I can see here is $30 cap cashback per month. Btw 4×$500=$2000 will already max out the $30. Dun see why need for the $1 to expire, worse case just need to make a few more withdrawals of smaller amounts.

From TnC, I intepret that the $30 limit includes CashBack, Bonus & Referral awards.

If so, the issue could be :

After 3 x $500 withdrawals in a week, the $1 Bonus will be unlocked

Accumulated Rewards = 7.5 (redeemed at 2nd) + 7.5 (redeemed at 3rd) + 7.5 + 1 = 23.5

at 4th $500 withdrawal, it would push the Reward over $30 for the month ... not sure if partial reward of $6.5 will be given instead ?

To avoid this, the 3rd withdrawal should be less that $30 ??

or just do $430 for 4th withdraw to get $6.45 reward ?

TLDR: For those who are out to maximize cash back.

1. Withdraw $500 2 times per week, and a total of 5 times per mth. This is so that you will not trigger the bonus cashback which is explained in 2). Note that cash back is only avail on the first transaction per day

2. DO NOT withdraw the $1 bonus cash back, because when you do, you cannot maximise the $30 cashback. Rules are withdrawal of $2500 per mth and max. of $30 per month of cashback.

3. If by now, you have the $1 cashback, wait for it to expire.

Good summary. So we wait for the $7.50 to build up to $30 then withdraw as a whole before the start of next month?

Think they count the cashback earned on 31st jul as Aug.

I think my Bonus $1 wld only be unlocked on my next withdrawal

so far, only recorded having 20 pts (30 pts to unlock) from 2 withdrawals on 3 & 4 Aug

so it seems my reset date is 3 Aug, as I had a $1 awarded on 29 Jul ... could this mean reset frequency is calendar week (instead of 7 days from 1st txn) ?
