wah, thanks for the warning on OCBC app, I will not use it.

luckily just now still use my DBS, surprise to get 10 pts earlier by 1 day when I cashout my $1 :s13:

The ocbc staff in hwz hasn't visited this thread yet? :eek:

Usually they are very on the ball! Everytime someone mentioned anything about ocbc, they will quickly jump in :D

Hope you both get refund liao. Moi heng, able to clock that extra $1 cashback offer.

I think the issue is that the app is a bit slow (at least it feels like it on moi old iPhone 6 Plus IOS 12), so if your connection got sudden interruption/disruption, or just nice SoCash servers doing some minor ad-hoc maintenance or the SS $tm machine you are scanning the QR code got problem, then kena error and have to request for refund.

Got back after nearly 3 days. But they did not reinstate/refund the cashback that was deducted during the failed withdrawal. Have contacted them.
