I withdraw twice - once from 7-11 once from a underpass minimart. I usually start off with “can I withdraw cash” before I press anything but it seemed they expected us to be already prepared with the QR code (7-11) or ready to scan the store QR code.

the mini mart one looked quite annoyed. I don’t have good experience with this.

Think so. It should appear as freecash. Click on the top right of the app to see the list of freecash. Each time you make withdrawal, the earliest freecash in the list will be applied to reduce the payment. Remember to withdraw min $30 each time to get more freecash each time, up to 3x for each merchant per day, up to 10x total per day.
