Can cash out all the cashback in one withdrawal? Is there a limit to cash out?

Now I have 8.50 cashback in my app. On Aug 1, if I withdraw $10, all 8.50 would be withdrawn.

But $10 withdrawal will not get any cashback, cos the min amt is $50 to get cashback of 1.5% if promo still available.

The other promo requires min $30 withdrawal to get points to accumulate.

So Answer: Yes & No

Does the app knows whether the shop has cash to withdraw? Cos I just went to Hao Mart after successfully withdrew $500 fr the app. The cashier informed me she might not have enough cash.....luckily upon checking further, there was enough.
Will be a wasted trip if app stated successful but later if no cash at the shop, then have to do a refund.

By right the merchants need to update how much cash they have to withdraw and only those merchants with enough cash will be shown on the app
