In that case I just need to withdraw 4 time , $500 each, and will be done for the month? The $1 seem meanless if the cashback is set to.$30 each month

My personal view:

The business objective of SOCASH is to help merchants recycle their cash. It does not make business sense to set a mthly withdrawal limit, cos they are not helping the merchants to recycle as much cash as possible.

So from August 1, SOCASH set a mthly cashback limit of $30.

This implies the mthly withdrawal limit will be removed since it is made redundant by the cashback limit.

What is not clear is whether the $30 cashback limit applies to the $1 cashback as well. Reading the tnc again, looks like it include. We will have to test it out or ask SOCASH. My view is it should not if SOCASH wants to help merchants recycle as much cash as possible.

If SOCASH removed the withdrawal limit today and set the mthly cashback limit to start August, what should u do?

Managed to withdraw $100 today at SS.

After I read your post, I tested on my app, it works!

So I rush down to SS, managed to withdraw $500 and get 7.50 cashback.

I tried second time with $50 (cos tnc say one time only, I just want to test), no cashback as per tnc, but got 10 pts!

So what I suspected was true, they removed the withdrawal limit!

So quickly go huat ah!

Today is last day of mth, cashback limit for August not yet start!

Yup. After my friend told me he can withdraw, I tested on my n my family acc. Both exceed limit

I didn't count my total.

But so long we withdraw and hit $30 cashback, gameover! Unless I want to test the points for $1.

What is in your app now is for July **. If u withdraw tomorrow, $1 will offset first withdrawal, 7.50 will offset second withdrawal. Withdrawal of ** is different from earning **

( I assumed u earned 1 and 7.50 separately like me)

Just contact the staff via app. They will verify the amount with the SS but do take note it will take maybe more than 12 hrs to credit back to your acc.

Rest assured Socash is honest
I ever had a refund which i overlooked. Socash emailed me several times but i didn't check my email. They even sms me after 1 month to chase me to contact them. They are persistent and didn't give up on trying their best to contact me. Im happy n impressed of course!
