for my case, I think it could also be bcos some txn coincided with the 3rd 30points where the bonus $1 was awarded .. so no other bonus ... i dont know ... wont go out of the way to get these "bonus"

Each time u make a withdrawal you redeem the earliest expiring cashback (if any) and you may earn a cashback which gets added to a queue of cashback to be redeemed.

I suppose u did redeem another cashback when withdrawing the $70? Just need to keep withdrawing (and if possible earn cashback as you do so subjected to the promo TnC) till you clear the queue.
