Congrats bro! Now you can exchange for a brand new iphone x from Apple.

My phone also died when it has about 2gb left when i was in Japan last month. It went into a boot loop. Come back again, hang again.... reboot by itself again. I was lucky to get it working and transfer all the data out eventually.

Good luck to you. Sucks to be without google map and internet... really like blind mice suddenly...

After updated to 11.2 , so far phone got no prob. In fact batt life became better lol

im surprised no one complained about WifI issue?!

I cant seem to stay on any Wifi network (2.4GHz AND 5GHz) beyond 6metres from router. Am on iPhone X, 11.2

Def not a router problem as my iPhone SE (on iOS 11.0.2) could catch 5GHz as far as 12metres from router!

Have already feedback to Apple, dunno if it will be resolve

Currently the country im in does not have apple store but i will be back in singapore for a day before heading overseas again.

How the f does anyone use 250gb of data in a phone? I’m using 64gb and still have 40gb left. You guys should seriously learn to manage your contents and maybe encounter lesser **** on the software. So far with so little data on my phone, I never had any problems with software. Most of my data is on cloud though.

Hahaha your question is good, then you should also ask apple why did they create 256gb storage space for iPhone and 512gb storage space for iPad? maybe we will have an answer for it. Cause if apple didn't create such huge space, no one will need to buy such storage space also.

Anyway i have 10 years of iPhone Data from the first iPhone 2G. That explains why?

Backup and restore must be a pain for you
I think we shouldn’t use to the max. Always leave some space for processes to run.
My layman thinking la cos always see temp files created when installing programs.

Hi guys, my wife's iphone is unable to be recognized in itunes after the date bug on 2nd Dec. Did a full reset of the phone and now it refuses to restore. Now have already set it to set up as new.
Any ideas?

Dear all need your advice again- in the previous ios10, I remember that we can activate camera mode without unlocking the phone and when u did that, you can use the camera function but cannot view the photos folder (ie privacy especially if someone is taking photo for you)

On ios11.2, I see the camera icon in the lock screen but when I activate it, the person who is taking photo can actually have access to the photos taken previously (hence invading privacy)

Is there a setting to overcome this? Thanks again in advance

Iphone 8 with 11.2. In lock screen, when i swipe right for the camera, it goes into camera mode. But the bottom left photo gallery is black out. But if i press the photo gallery, and select all photos, i need to use touch id to access.

Definitely considering this. But they don’t support HEIC yet and there’s lots of hit and miss on the iOS11 for detecting this. Anyone have this can give review?

There’s no setting to it. I cannot see my photos when the phone is locked. Probably what happened was,your phone was already unlocked during the activation of camera. Is it iPhone X?

There’s no setting to it. I cannot see my photos when the phone is locked. Probably what happened was,your phone was already unlocked during the activation of camera. Is it iPhone X?

Yup it’s iPhone X. Because once I bring it up, the phone will auto unlock. I think the only way is to hold the phone “horizontally” then it will not unlock. I tried using this method this morning and it works
