Of cos. Day by day the battery is consumed.. So don't worry and be less affected by it..

My i8 seems to be suffering from battery drain after update to iOS11.4. 11% with less than an hour usage, anyone facing the same issue has solutions?
What apps are you using within that hour? When did you update to 11.4?
mine still 100% even though the phone is constantly being charged most of the time.iPhone X bought in Dec’17. 6 mths of usage still at 100%. I have 2 other friends they leave their iPhone X and iPhone 8 Plus (both bought Mar’18) to charge overnight. 1 or them dropped to 98, another 99%.
So I presume it’s the charging overnight that depletes battery health.
At night before I sleep if battery is low from 20-50% I also never charge overnight. Coz I know the percentage is enough to last till morning 6am when I’m supposed to wake up, to sound the alarm function.
I’ll charge to 100% when I reach office. When it’s 100%, I’ll leave it on the plugged in charger for another 10-15mins.
Use it till evening 5pm if battery depleted till 60-70%+, charge it to 100% before leaving office at 7-8pm.
It’s ok to plug out even if it’s before 100%. 90% ish is ok.
Haha thanks!
My X bought on Nov 4 and have been on wireless charging daily, now at 98%.![]()
After Google search.. the ideal expert recommend is to always keep the battery within 40 to 80 %.
Dun charge to 100 % as it will stress the battery
I dunno whether to trust the battery health indicator or not. Still using my 6+. It’s a refurbished set from 1-to-1 exchange after my original 6+ died in Nov 2016 while updating to 10.2.
That makes my present 6+ about 1.5 yrs old & yet the battery health indicator says it’s still 100%. Dunno to believe or not.![]()

When I checked the wear level on the battery life app, it says 4% wear which seems more realistic.

Got my X on launch day.
Both battery life app and phone battery beta shows 100%.
My phone is plugged in overnight on wireless charger. In office, it’s always on wireless charger.
All my iPhones since 3GS are the same. Always plugged whenever possible and no issues with battery wear
