Ram issue solved liao! I opened many app did multi tasking switching here and there so far no problem. Nice!

Seems like its introduced other problems. Gosh this is sounding like microsoft which releases a fix which fixed a problem & introduces 3 others!

Go look up at the author of the story.
And then look up at his articles.
He writes nearly everything bad about Apple.
In short his articles are mostly click baits. His articles are biased and gives Forbes a bad name.

Updated and it seems to fix both my iPhone and iPad Pro background refresh problem. Battery life still as good as before, can last the whole day for me with > 5hrs screen time.
