Thanks for testing out....but don't get it why all 4 of my devices facing this similar issue.. and the issue only happens in photo mode and not portrait mode for both rear and front camera on all 4 of my devices. Pior to ios13, 3 of the devices are having the shutter sound

Factory restore. Don’t restore from backup. Confirm your shutter sound will come back.

I think that should work but i reluctant to as it is a hassle to reinstall all apps and also all my photos that was taken.
Guess will just live with it. Just no shutter sound not much of an issue to me actually.

Actually, iOS 13.0 Beta 7 was stable. Came Beta 8 which leads to GM was bad.

Finally got another user encountered same issue...should be bug for ios13 then. Not major issue anyway

After updating to iOS13, in the Photos app, i did a search and typed in “Bangkok” but it said it cannot find anything.

In my 12.4.1, all photos taken in Bangkok would appear...

Any ideas ?

I think it takes time for iOS to reindex. How long ago did you update to iOS 13?

That headline is garbage. It's not throttling.
