Yeah 15.3.1 is the same as 15.3 but with security fixes.

if you have iPhone8, no need faceID, just use the touchID , but if you have iphone X, Xs, 11, likely not supported.

Luckily I'm still using my trusty 8+ and with a new battery it's still going strong, I'll only upgrade when the next iphone has touch ID.

so far 15.4 has been quite a stable beta release when compared to previous ones like 15.2 and 15.3. battery life is normal as well. universal control on ipadOS and MacOS is working well also.
