Took Apple 2 years to come out with this feature

they are smart to delay this feature for 2 years to milk the sales of apple watch.

Anyone citibank app facing issue ?
Seems to freeze and doesn't allow any input at all unless you swipe up and kill the app.

So far no issue on DBS, UOB and Standard Chartered banking app

Same too for me for OCBC Pay Anyone. Crashed upon opening it. Deleted and install it again, same issue and crashed.

Can u try the same? Although this method is working for my friend Citibank app, maybe u can try it on OCBC?
Delete the OCBC app, delete your face ID. Clear every app in the background then reboot your phone. After that, setup your Face ID and install OCBC app. See if it works..

I did experienced POSB app crash twice upon launching. I deleted my old Face ID and setup as new and can use normally already.

Actually now with this unlock with mask on from phone directly, no need the Apple Watch unlock le.

Yup because even if both are checked, priority is still Face ID with mask.

I updated the app and my iOS to 15.4 It does not work at all. I reported to your team already. I deleted and reinstalled also the same issue. I took a video recording and sent to your team.

Do a reset by volume up then volume down then power button hold till Apple logo come out, release. I did this every firmware upgrade and so far never had issues with warm battery.

Initially the mask unlock doesn’t work; after a few times, the machine learning works and now can unlock.
