My Face ID with mask not working very well.. even with 4 pairs of glasses (same) and alternative appearance setup..

If u hold your iPhone in a position where the camera cannot see your eyes portion well, it will have issue unlocking because the area below your nose got mask. So, must tilt the phone in a way that the front camera can see your eyes portion.

Can turn attention off no problem. But with mask on, even if that attention is turned off, u still need to focus your eyes on the iPhone. Attention off only works when u not wearing mask. I try and tested just now.

Am very happy with the Face ID unlock with mask, but my OCBC Pay Anyone app crashed on starting up.

Guess have to wait for a new app update.

Works fine for me, but need to re authenticate. OTP will be sent to your number

Only issue now is the OCBC pay anyone all keep crashing when loading. My friend on iOS 15.3.1 has no such issues.

Yes same for mine keep crashing when I tap. I report to OCBC already and they are working on it.

I updated the app and my iOS to 15.4 It does not work at all. I reported to your team already. I deleted and reinstalled also the same issue. I took a video recording and sent to your team.

I got a feeling your eyes not opening big. Try opening slightly bigger so that the camera know u are looking at the screen?

Nope doesn't work for me too.

I got to the login page but doesn't proceed to the OTP authentication page.

When I force closed the app and restarted, the app started crashing

Tried mine, don't see anything unusual. Looks alright.

Try this and see. Settings, Face ID, reset Face ID. Setup Face ID from scratch then close all app in the background and reboot. Just now helping my friend whose Citi app also crash. I reset his Face ID and setup new Face ID and everything now ok.

Same too for me for OCBC Pay Anyone. Crashed upon opening it. Deleted and install it again, same issue and crashed.

That means go EU or Thailand also can use this certificate for vaccinations status? I saw Thailand is one of the participants country
