It really is much better. I was facing slow Wi-Fi. Even loading pages was much slower than on 4g. Now it feels faster than when I am on 4g.

Not sure if it's just me, but I feel that this update sped up the performance of my iphone 6 which was quite a surprise to me too. Everything just feels super snappy and stable. Finally that "Apple product" feeling is back!

before 8.1 my phone wifi can only detect 2.4ghz and quite low signal in my room.

my apple router is in the living room and the distance between the router and my room is at least 15m separated with 1 wall and 2 doors.

now updated liao my wifi signal is stronger, 4 out of 5 bars and is on 5ghz
