Price not out but their unit confirm smaller than Wandervale n sol acres got give fridge + washing machine but Wandervale no give lei.

I think i read somewhere that sol acres is the ec which have the highest population density in sg.

So many ppl using the same no of facilities, that's why maintenance fee cheaper bah.

Fridge and washing machine, prefer to buy own. defeat the purpose if they provide some lousy brand that breaks down in no time.

i chose wanderwale, cos of bigger unit within walking to mrt lor.
less owner using of Common Area lor

Fridge and washer costs nothing compared to the price u pay on the house. Don't be fooled.1000 can buy both.

Not sure if the block facing Stagmont camp is good view? Or the stack in the middle is better?

And also some rumors of government lifting cooling measures maybe during March. Should wait for annual budget announcement first?

Both are not near MRT. So if you decide basing on the walking to MRT to me both fail.

wandervale can walk to cck but about 15-20min. sol acres 5min to teck whye lrt, can take to cck or bt panjang mrt. if wan lesser walking distance, sol acres better. however amenities wise wandervale might be better cos its walkable to teck whye market and bus 190 goes straight to orchard

wandervale walk at normal pace should be able to reach cck mrt within 10mins.. the distance is only about 600m if not max 800m..

I have small kid so will prefer wandervale near to south view primary school, bigger master room and service yard.

If you dont have this concern sol acres is good as maintenance fee is lower. And having more choice of room type.

Both location are so so, for Me i prefer walk to mrt rather than walk to lrt and waiting a standing space to squeeze in lrt.

But if wandervale psf also expensive i will wait for future launch. Goverment exercise cooling measurement with reason, they dont want you to buy at ridiculous price.

Stagmont camp view is expensive not because good view, because of privacy, you dont face to opposite block

Of coz likes Wandervale more.

Budget wise, sol acres lo.
