Of coz likes Wandervale more.

Budget wise, sol acres lo.

Wandervale 3bedroom 2nd level ard $700k. - Predict by my agent.

Actual price for Wandervale got to wait unit 4mar.

Just went to Sol Acres and the agent say it is selling well + price increased(now is 780 psf)

I thought about 400 unit out of 1300+ unit being sold was quite bad?

Me also went sol acres before, agent say same thing but after tt i went this ura site check, realise they haven launch finish...only launch bout half...but not sure which blk haven launch though...so maybe some pool view nv launch yet??https://www.ura.gov.sg/realEstateIIWeb/price/search.action

Yeahh i didnt like the above carpark...then all the normal blks abit exp...so i didnt buy sol acres...also abit far from mrt...didnt really like lrt too...
