Parc Life still have 4 EC units left but the sales is closed for now till Sept 2018.

went to the management office they told me can install from any vendor as long as they follow the color code

Indeed. I did Australia ZipTrak and no issue at all. I see other cheaper outdoor blinds system, got wrinkled issue on the fabric, damn ugly.

These are forced sales right. Both are only at halfway mark of MOP.

I think these are bounced out units at Wandervale not resale or sub sale. It had not even reach mid way of MOP.
