does pple usually do major reno for new EC?

intend to do simple reno (should done in 2 weeks) but not sure if it is advisable to be 1 of the 1st few to move in :s13:

wow...finally got an unit....quite a few turned up yesterday, it's more like 30 to 50 people....some were not present there themselve but ask the agent as their proxy

May I know the average price for Ballot unit? You bgt which
Floor area size? Did Sim Lian increase e price?

China, I'm positive about that. First 2 to get the ballot were china couples. the first chose the 11th floor 4br. But not surprising la. Even china buying hdb so why not ec.

Sim lian increased price by 80k for my unit.

Really hope will not have too many of "Ah Tiong" in Wandervale..

SL really power, the price they increase is crazy...

haiz. no choice. i was keen on this project since early last year but only left 4th floor and below. So end up balloting lor. are you my new neighbour?

You mean you didnt get your unit last year so now ballot and get a higher floor but pay more?
Still think the balance unit is over price.
Heard TOP for Wandervale will be 2Q 2018, dont know whether true or not.
Did any agent mention when you went for balloting?

$80K!:eek: It is like 10% increase...I think like that not worth the price to pay for an EC wo...It is like your difference from PC is only 5% instead of 15%....

i think is more than 10% if the unit is 958 sqft.
I saw the the price for 958sqft start from $798K. :(
