Majority of Singaporeans will qualify for 1-off $600 payout in Apr only. Those who have kids below 20 years old will get another $300 this month.

Average income of Singaporean is $7000 x 15 mth (AWS + 2 months variable) = $105K. Only those annual below $100k will get.

Govt should raise the annual income ceiling.
