You think FA earn a lot? :s22:
or you just looking at the 1%?
.
If compare that 1% MDRT to 1% in other industry - it’s about there
.
You got go dating app see how many hamsup FAs finding customers?

The world will never go tech-less
:ROFLMAO:
that would result in a significant drop in quality of life

but there will be sanity in tech spending....

that's how the tech bubble burst in the 2000s

people were proudly talking about burn rate .... and burning through cash like no tomorrow... akin to grab and many tech companies now....

and then pop goes the bubble and almost a decade of wintry silence....

Tech spending is driven by the value it can create.
.
Imagine blockchain replacing banks
Metaverse replacing the need for factories/work places
AI that can automate many mundane industries
.
That’s why people pay for tech - it’s about the value
The classical world is dated now

a lot is just say, visions and projections....

much was said of the same during the 2000 tech boom.... but to materialise and monetize is a different issue.... many friends got trapped during that cycle....

Well... by the time what u say comes through.... uncle long retired... or maybe long gone liao lo

You do know that the 2000s vision and projections are what made tech boom today right? :ROFLMAO:
.
AI was conceptualise around 2000s. Now you see the demand for data scientist? Data analyst? Big data engineer? ML engineer?
.
Your mindset is why ceca will forever be above cmi sinkies

8k for his Industry is considered middle range....at 29 and still not it a senior position (from his salary can tell, he's not leading his team) , meaning he likely stuck at his junior post liao....

don't know how I ended up blocking a reply to my comment

nonetheless, my point is there will be sanity in tech spending when money is not being thrown at companies indiscriminately...

never say spending will stop... but not at current burn rates... when risk taking behaviour is muted... which was part reason for the tech boom and bust in the last round...

some friends jumped into start ups and tech cos to find themselves limbo after the bust... just food for thought
