Ur oa might not have enuff once the contribution laosai at 55 thats a danger and u still got 12 years!

Estimated OA to have $170k by 55, after the FRS allocated into RA

If I still stay at the current coy the next decade

Always take the longest loan then pay off.. Mine also 25y, fully paid within 9y single income... Then sell off, use the profit and top up a bit get 2nd bto...
