Tried to buy the suede pads from the website but it is showing as 85USD... but i read in this thread that they are cheaper than getting from local stores at 99SGD. How come ah?

Got the pads. While doing installation got my guard momentarily down, daughter tore out the inner sponge. Upset. Will it matter if the sponge is attached to the speaker or not? Because it was already hanging loose before that.

Comfort better, more cooling and will last longer without having to adjust
NC quality seem to drop maybe cos i suck at installation
Sound quality seem richer than stock pads, might be placebo effect

bought from qoo10, dont think they have that. i also noticed this static noise appearing randomly. this purchase dam suay and disappointing, so much problem. Think maybe i got an headphone from the old batches.

Just to check for claiming warranty from Sony Singapore for wh1000mx3, does Sony require u produce your receipt to prove the purchase? Or just register online will do?

Nice that got this now, also got new firmware update.

Unfortunately the 360 audio thing only works with a few apps

If you can even fall asleep with the headphone on sideways, pretty sure it is durable enough not to spoil. I dropped mine when I didn't zip up the case and swung the case. It flew out and landed on the floor. No problem still

I think about the same as the previous update, the higher frequency still not as nc-ed compared to lower frequency

The seller managed to send to Sony for repair. Took about 2weeks. No more clicking/popping sound; maybe still got alittle, but rarely hear it. When not playing any song with ANC, I stilled noticed static noise on the right cup once; I played song then it just went off. Anyone updated to 4.2.2? Good or not.

Gents. Was thinking of purchasing it from Sony Official Store vs an unauthorised store (which has 3x the number of purchases compared to Sony Official Store). Both Lazada sellers.

The price difference works out to about $80.

Is the additional $80 worth it for extra peace of mind?

Buy from sony shop please. Kns I bought online export set. So many dam problems. Send out for repair for 2weeks. Came to me, now got this static sound on the right side when ANC is on. The seller was quite helpful though, but the product really cannot make it. ah tiong brand also more reliable. Saw online somewhere, saying that the early batches got problem.
