X7500F with Triluminous display?

Quoted from other forum is this true?

"Triluminous display gives you wide colour gamut (wcg) . Not really much point in getting a 4k tv without wcg because the resolution alone doesn't make any difference compared to fhd.
That said I don't know how good the wcg in x80e is.
If you just need a tv, x70e will do. If you want a proper 4k tv that gives you an upgrade over 1080p, then its not good enough."

x7500F does not have Triluminous. you have to buy x8500F and above models if you want Triluminous. I did watch x7500F and x8500F side by side and yes, there is a slight difference in colour vibrancy, contrast. But at least to me, it is a very small difference and I won't pay $600 for that. Oh yes, x8500F comes with X1 HDR processor which SONY claims better image processing speed. But for viewing TV, do we really need a fast processor? I don't know.

To be honest, if you don't see side by side, you won't able to tell the different. And colour is always personal preference. so even for me $600 is not worth to pay for the Triluminous, but some people might say it is worth to pay.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. If you can't see a difference, just buy the lowest priced one.
Otherwise the 9400E and the Z9D are significantly better and the X1 Extreme chip plays an important role.

Typically you start the warranty the day you buy it, because you should get it right after in a day or two.
Of course if you store it for months, the store won't want to bear the responsibility and do a one to one exchange if it's dead on arrival.
Some folks buy early, then wait for their keys.. it's not a mattress.

I bought a set of 55X8500E earlier this month at best denki for $2,388. Registered for warranty online at www.sony.com.sg. The online form recognised my date of purchase 4 May 2018 as the start of warranty, not date of delivery on 7 May 2018. I was asked to fill in both dates.

Agreed with you. As for me, I think the pic quality given by x7500F is good enough compare to the price that I pay and that's why I choose it :D

Very good pricing. \o/ \o/
I’m not sure it’s very good price that I got or not bro. X7500F is now selling $1699 for brand new unit at PC show with same free gifts as mine. x8500F is about $2399, bundle with PS4 and same free gift as x7500F.
