You have to access the notification setting under Smartband Talk App then make sure Whatsapp is added into the list of application.

Hi Carlover76, thanks for the reply. Whatsapp already in the notification setting under the smartbadn talk app. I also tried removed and re-add it back, but it still not working.
Just done a test, Facebook notification, facebook messenger, wechat and sms work. Just the whatsapp not showing up.
Have you try adding the world clock

I did a test on adding whatsapp into notification and indeed, it is not working.
I have also feedback on the smartband talk app in PlayStore so hopefully it will be resolved on next update.
It is actually working before last update of the sleep tracking.

Strangely, I just receive whatsapp notification on one of my group whatsapp which I put silent for any messages alert for that particular group.

Just updated and I notice that the Smartband Talk app crash when I upload photo to my facebook is gone.
Guess this update will fix some functional bugs, I have also just tested on the Whatsapp notification, it is working now!

Actually, the update is available yesterday.
As for the world clock, the bug is still there so have to wait for the next update on the world clock app itself.

Yeah, previously when i bought it, the Whatsapp notification was not coming in, now after the update, its works!

I see, I never add in whatsapp as I have many groups so the notification will be non-stop if I add in the notification for my Smartband Talk.
After using for couple of day, i found whatsapp notification will appear randomly. Lol

my theory is that there is something wrong with Sony's product's BlueTooth ....
Quite unstable that's why always have problem. Even when i connect my Z2 to my car Bluetooth set (regardless the SUV or the Audi) always have some issues.
Perhaps a Bluetooth update to fix these problems might help?
Just muting the conversation won't work. You have to uncheck "show notifications" as well.
