I Have been looking for this tv for quite long, pass by the roadshow and purchase at $2488. Is a Sony OLED tv 2025 model.

he did give me his name card , if anyone is interested , let me know will share the contact

Anyone know why the SONY BRAVIA X9000F 55” 2018 F series is power on since got white LED light on the bottom but TV display is black (like is power off).

Try unplug power and power on again yet nothing. Google Home show the TV is power on too.

Based your discription, it does seem like the backlight is down. To confirm, what you could do is use a phone touche and shine on the blank screen and go close to see the backgroud got display

When I try to power on the TV, I can see that the display panel did so called “ON” at greyish state cause it just slightly brighter than when its power off, which is pitch black. Press home button to get it to google tv main page on remote but still blank screen.

I think is T-CON board failure

After looking around on the web on bravia 5,
Sony Direct online store $2294.15 (free tv mount)
Gain city $2476.15 (free tv mount, free Sony HT-AX7 and WH-1000XMS)

This whole house of display tv thread have been quite quiet recently.

Try swtich to TV channels and see if you can hear sound with blank screen if so then is backlight
