That's not how the low light exhibit should be used. Should put the cam right up to the little dark room. You take from far will still be dark coz washed out by the external light so can't see the low light improvement

Yeah was trying to see if there was any "AI smartness" when it came to recognizing a dark room area

Wow, it will be in the smaller model, not 1V.
And not sure if what are the downgrades on the 5V like we had seen in the previous generations.

Sony promotion for June holidays is $1449 for xperia 5iv after $150 rebate. I don't think $12++ is enough for 5v. Prepare $1699 at least ~

I think that is reasonable for X5 series. But to get it for that price or lower, either an export set or wait for few months for sale prices.

Aside from the physical size and screen resolution, the IV generation have differences of the memory storage (highest - 512 vs 256 GB) and camera modules. Earlier 5 series were lacking wireless charging

Nope. Different lenses as well. Likely for 5 series sure either less ram or different focal length. Will not overpower xperia 1 series. Processor benchmark scores and photo quality will also lose out by a tiny bit ( pixel peep to see the difference)

But sometimes the 5 series are more stable because most of the bugs ironed out in 1 series and they imported the solution / improvements over .

Personally this doesn't really matter since a case can always be used to give a new color

Also Sony has a 15 months warranty - 12+3 when registered online
