Use gpay. Load faster than simply go. Long ago use simply go but after that switched to gpay for transport scanning.

Just a heads up to anyone who's thinking of not using a screen protector...

I've been using sony phones since Xperia S, most of the time without screen protector. I do the regular stuff of not placing the phone with keys/ hard objects and was ok with the amount of scuffs i get over the years. I upgraded from a 6 year old XZ premium, used it without a protector for years and thought i'll do the same for my 1V too. But less than 2 weeks in i realised the amount of micro scratches i have on my screen is really surprising, it looks like ive been using the phone for over a year. Went to do some searching online and found out that the Gorilla Victus glass thats being used on the 1V has better shatter-proof properties but consequently lower scratch proof quality. Can only blame myself for not researching before, but still feel rather disappointed that a premium phone like this would be so prone to scratches.
Just use. Heck I even use a TPU film for the back of the phone even though I have a phone case. I even bought the devil case lens protector which covers the whole entire lens unit including the sides.

When I sell my phone I can proudly say I've never touched my phone, which is true... 😆😆😆

It cannot be perfect. Technology will always be improving with time.

Just look at around 20 years ago, 2MP camera is one of the most advanced piece of techology on a mobile phone without smart OS. People thought that it was an incredible feat back then. ;)

Vs Sharp Aquos R8 Pro.

1 inch sensor fail for the Sharp, but I like the color, although some color look off. Antutu it score lower than Sharp in first test but the other Antutu test it scored better. Weird here. Also the 2000nits on the Sharp seems gimmick from the video(???) If only it included UFS 4.0.

Try continuous focusing and touch focusing. Also , minimum focusing distance around 40 cm from keep ya. Keep your shutter speed minimum 1/125 second.

I was taking photos of faraway things like clouds.

I tried tapping the screen to focus but it just focuses back and forth and at 1 point the focus was sharp then it goes out of focus and stops there
