I find Sony Singapore service centre quite acceptable. Had fingerprint problems for both my 5 and 5III and they were replaced with new phone since they can't get replacement sensors. That being said, my 5III replacement also failed 12 months after being replaced, no longer under the new warranty which was almost 21 months after the original 5III was bought, so fair enough I guess.

This is normal. The 1 V has no notification LED. Sony decided to remove it.

Most important is to check if it supports volte

Mine is fine... either check your physical connection cable or update Android Auto app or check AA under Settings, or if its wifi connection, cant help cos not using wifi to connect.
