Where is that setting? I'm using non Sony tws earbuds.

Try searching Sony headphones connect application at play store. But I think will not work for yours because its not Sony Bluetooth headset.

That's only for Sony earbuds. Hope Sony improves the AAC decoding. Aptx sounds fine.

Currently I don't think any true wireless earbuds support ldac.

There's a version of ealry Hiby WH3 released to market that supported LDAC. But any firmware update will remove the LDAC support because of some licensing issues with Sony. Other than this, I can't think of any other TWS that supports LDAC.

I saw that but didn't know it supports ldac, I think hiby is pushing its UAT format. And the controls seems rather terrible. Anyway, I think I will stick to aptx capable tws earbuds for now. Just to let others know this little issue with AAC bluetooth codec. Else the phone is quite good. :D

Didn't use it much as I find the pro photo mode produces a softer picture.
Having used it for a while now I can see what you mean about the Pro Mode being softer.
It's quite surprising as I've tried tinkering around with a number of toggles- ISO, exposure settings etc, but I've been consistently getting better (and frankly very good) results from the standard app.
But yea, just a bit disappointed with the Pro Mode at the moment.

Is the latest firmware: 58.0.A.28.17 ?

Something to take note of, if you enable SIM Card Pin Lock, remember to disable it, before updating the Firmware.

Not sure why, after i updated, it messed up my SIM Card Pin Lock. Lucky able to PUK, and reset the lock.

I think pro mode don't do much modern computational photography as the processing is very fast. I think it just uses the old DRO method, which relies on pulling shadows, so there's more noise and the resulting noise reduction just softens the picture.

Guys just whacked this phone today.. with capitastar vouchers and the Citi $50 off $1000 spend, around same price as Pixel 5 imported price but:
- double memory 256GB
- dual SIM
- much better build, etc.

Looking to get a case and looks like Devilcase is the best. Plan to order today and wanting to see if any other bro/sis wanna hop on to share shipping..

Since some of you discussing LDAC I found something under developer options!
