Also, screen smaller with same battery as 1 II means battery life will be better

I think at this screen size there are diminishing returns by going much higher than FHD+. Especially as it'll eat up more battery.
Having used my wife's S20 with 120HZ refresh rate, I think that's much more noticeable and for me, something worth upgrading for.
