round one is UK one also. But in UK Sony provide the one with 3rd pin. US one is not rounded.

I just called singtel. They reuqire us to head down to the singtel shop we purchased from before and they will advise us on that. Think that this 7 day exchange things applies only to singtelshops (not authorised dealers).

They told me to go to SONY wth...
