new workout routine! finally after eight months on sl and madcow....

sweating a lot more after this workout... enjoying the change....

Mirin the strength after 105x5,

I feel like crap after my 105x8, only did 2 set of 10 of 60kg.

hanging leg raise 4x6

ok that was intense...probably one of the hardest workouts in the past year. 531 looks easy and simple on paper, but it's really shack so far....

while I was doing my top set,.the guy next to me did 120 kg x 15 !!!!!

How u train for hanging leg raise? I thought bbb during hanging leg raise day must do 5 sets of 15(from strstd)?

yeah, but I lousy so only do six or seven per set. never train abs at all so slowly
working to higher reps

I assume so ... its an accessory exercise so I am not too concerned. Also I do DL and OHP on the same day, so am already pretty pooped when I reach the hanging leg raises so really not too bothered
