they charge at 4 cents per mile, apparently u cannot sell higher than that. So I would price it below 4 cents

First, they charge 4 US cents, which is more like 5-6 SG cents.

Second, why not? By selling I mean redeeming for tickets in exchange for a lower cash outlay. I can easily 'sell' or redeem tickets that are worth over 10cpm. Read my posts in the previous pages for a concrete example.

Not all limo bus routes operate that late. I once got into Haneda at 8pm and wanted to head to Urasayu but no more bus.

Good to know, thanks for sharing. I rarely path into/through HND, so I'm not too familiar with exact routes and timings. I know the one time I departed HND on a redeye flight, there were still buses leaving the airport at 11pm.

Perhaps check with the individual bus routes for their operational hours.

Take train easy, changed once only. Then go shinjuku. I reached shinjuku around 12 am this January from haneda. Haneda definitely better since it is very near city center, take normal train can save a lot.

Change date of flight is free ma. If it's available u can change it. I change Narita to Haneda a couple of time before.

But do check with them if extra miles are needed or nt, now with the change of redemption chart.

By right if only change of dates/time, don't need to re-ticket, so no change in redemption rates. However, not sure if SQ will take NRT and HND as same destination.

NRT and HND will be consider the same. At least that is what my experience with Sq just last November.

TS can always try, and as always, if you don't like the answer, put down the phone and call again.

Have to reissue the ticket, cannot revalidate.

if wait-listed on a redemption flight, would calling KF Cust Svc periodically to check on status help in securing a confirmation ?

or simply just wait & hope for best outcome ?

currently on the lowest KF membership tier

Is the flight a popular one? You are on the bottom of their priority, so it would be hard to move any chasers through. They won't reject you outright, but chances of it happening might be slim. If you have a compelling reason to travel on that day though, perhaps give it a try. Something like an anniversary or birthday or some sort might work.

Flight is F class to Haneda in Mar2018.

First time to Haneda so not sure if it is popular route or not.

super popular.
Last time I just change my date to confirm my flight so I can start planning accordingly. If you plan early, the savings can be very significant due to lower accommodation cost.
MY last wait lists not confirmed at all, so now kind of avoid all the wait list flight already. Just take lower rank one way will do.

i see
funny how the overnight flight seems like default waitlist while the day flight is always available

Red eye flights are preferred by most, especially in premium cabins because you can catch some decent sleep during the flight.

For First class take a day flight - generally better meals and more time for champagne! I don't want to 'waste' the time sleeping :)

Guys....I just converted some points to krisflyer and closed my citi acc.

How do you normally buy/sell the krisflyer and what's the market rate?
I don't have any intention to travel so I've about 140,527 miles for sale.
Appreciate your advice.

Note that there are some sleeper service flights, which gives lesser service. Depends if you want to enjoy the service, then day flights would be better.

I for one, would prefer day flights as I cant really sleep on the plane, prefer to sleep on proper bed.
