I am not sure what the current criteria are.
The best criteria to assume is to have good quality short film production using KlingAI tools, and you have built an audience around it.

This year's criteria is very likely to be different from last year.
I probably got lucky last year but now need to rebuild for a new audience.

I have seen other people building their social media profiles on X, so the number of followers becomes important.
But this group of creators use many different AI tools and need to pay for the blue tick on X.

Its first video on YT was back in 24th April.

But Kling 2.0 master was available.

Now there is also motion control in Kling, so the 3d motion is extracted from a video before applying onto the character reference.

For Shorts, need to have >100k views, which can be very difficult.
So you will need to produce many of them, with different characters and animations.

Have you tried using Veo3 and Hailuo-02?
Btw, Veo3 now has image-to-video with audio dialogue.
