My first month participating this promo and it's just pain as the agents are either not properly trained or just do not bother. Been giving me wrong information. Called in several times for the "missing" interest and information provided is not correct.

The only good thing out of this is that I do not have transfer the money out from the bank.

Getting 20 days later is still acceptable for me. They should make all these information easily available and clear to avoid any unnecessary phone calls to the bank.

You should get your 0.25% which is the prevailing interest. The balance interest for month of June will be credited on 20th Jul.

I got 2x interest. One is the 0.15% prevailing and one is 0.25% bonus interest on 30th jun. So i should be getting another BONUS interest by the 20th i assume.
