luckily I din close cimb fastsaver... looks like it'll be good for 1.325% for 100k at least after both iSavvy and eSaver drops to ~1%...

Is fastsaver the best alternative if isavvy drops below 1.3% (assuming for exactly 100k)?

I think so, until cimb decides to drop their rates too...

btw, for those on eSaver extension of rates promotion until May 2020, do you guys know whether it is based on which reference month? or... as long as the ADB for May is $x, the bonus interest of 1.55% will apply?

can't remember is it based on May's ADB or incremental ADB (against some reference month)...

for risk free, no criteria and no lock in:
hong leong bank 1.98% till 30 apr (may not continue the promo rates)
maybank isavvy 1.75% till 30 apr (may drop to 1.15% based on past trend)
citibank maxigain about 1.4 to 1.5% (take long to accumulate counter for new signup)
cimb fastsaver effective 1.325% for first 100k
Scb esaver 1.1% first 100k till 31 May

going by the looks of this on 30 apr, the best bet is cimb fastsaver.

Don't think Citibank Maxigain is 1.4 to 1.5%. Sibor dropping.
