then on 28 Dec, received SMS informing that the interest of my account ending XXXX was increased to 3.8% til 30 Jun 23 ... with reference to "eSaver Exclusive Bonus Interest Aug 22 Promo TnC"

If you are on the exclusive 3.8% promo, you will only receive base interest of 0.05% end Dec. The rest of the exclusive bonus of 3.75% will received by 20th Jan. This is my understanding.

they like logged people out don't allow customer to login based off their fake fraud measures. use biometrics, how many 'fraud' cases do they have daily? third time already. somemore, not much inside, forced people for what.

it does last 1 annum or maybe even forever, but you have to play merry go round. every 2 months withdraw out to another bank and 2 months later come back again .

thats the downside for not having to lock up your monies.

I transferred in some funds for the Dec22-Jan23 bonus interest, can I leave it for February (new unannounced bonus rate) or is it not counted as fresh funds?

first time using the esaver , appreciate any help. Thanks!
