Yes, needs patience.
Patience? They never even give me a chance to wait .
I called many times, morning, afternoon , night, over several days
Every time it either tells me to call some other time. Or tells me to leave my number, which I did, and they'll call me back. Its been a full week (or more) but no call .
How did you manage that?
What number did you call? And what options did you choose ?

No need to apply through SC mobile. Just walk in. Last week I went SC to reactivate my esaver which I suspended the night before. After that I asked gal if an account has been foreclosed about 2 years ago, can the person still open a Priority Member account and get the promotion of 4% pa annum interest for 6 months. She said yes and has been messaging me to get the person to open a priority and I will get $400 as introducer

Which branch you went to? And do you remember her name?
I applied for am esaver earlier this year. But never deposited anything inside. And they subsequently sent me an email saying that my application had been cancelled.
But when I went to a branch to get help with opening the 4% , 6 month esaver, the officer, who initially wasn't even aware of this promo (cos it has to be opened via app , not at branch) went to the back room, made enquiries, and returned to tell me that I have an account with them still! And that I'm not eligible for that promo because of that!

Any priority customers received an extension to their eSaver deal that does not require new funds (ending June 2023)?
