I just went in to check. Only one payee was deleted from my list - The Cimb fastsaver account (added in end july 23). The rest created more than months are still intact.

I also discovered that one can delete payee using the mobile app. The previous time was they had this delete payee option but not ready when I tried. However, I could delete one payee (Uob account number which I had closed). Not sure whether the missing payee/s was linked to this update though

Looks like only the really old existing payees are intact. The newer ones are missing..

I called the customer service and she confirmed that they were aware of this matter and the IT team was working on it. I did not have to add in for now if I m not going to transfer any fund

Mine was suspended & after call to CSO, says by police, to unblock need to make police report & head to branch. Went to branch & then the counter service says my account can never be unblocked regardless of anything, say am blacklisted forever in their records. Bloody hell...phone CSO & branch CSO sing different songs, waste my time. Luckily my account has zero balance, told branch officer to close it, what is the point of suspend it & ask me to contact them? Bank should have Just close it & send me an official letter that bank is terminating their service to me.
Really make customer run on wild goose chase for nothing.

Make an online police report, print it & head to the branch. Tell the officer that u like to un-suspend online banking access. However only this can be un-suspended. The savings account remains suspended forever. U can close the account if u want to.

Did you ever find out why the police blocked it? And did anyone ever contacted you from the police?

Might have to lodge a case to find out. The approach to freeze funds to prevent losses is a broad brush approach, wonder if there is no other way to better manage such frauds / scams.

Did you perform any large deposit or withdrawal of money previously before it was blocked?

Oh so no sound no picture at all and they never contacted you. Wow. And they just suspend the account. What on earth
