Been using it since it started in 2011.No hiccups for me so far be it transaction, dividends received or how accessible the helpdesk is.

have you compared to other brokerages? I see their dividend a bit slow

Im using Kay Hian for my CDP counters and Stand Chart for custodian account. Stand Chart dividends usually just a day later nia (actually 12 hrs), which is of no tangible difference to me.

Kay Hian charges are expensive. Should use DBS Vickers cash upfront mode for CDP.

Back then (when 1 lot was 1000 units) DBS vickers don't have cash upfront option.

Not true lah. I participated in the previous 4% one from May to November. Come Dec 1 I promptly received the push notification for the new promo liao.

You need to turn on the push notification and allow your stand chart inbox to receive marketing materials, otherwise you won't get it in your app.

This was already turned on previously and I do receive other push notifications but not the exclusive bonus interest one.

As in you are not in an active promo. If not they won't target you again. For past promo which are no longer active not an issue
