Public promo follows public promo, the special invite is on top of it.

Yup that's the right way to look at it. So assuming you have special invite, and you did not qualify for public promo due to no increase in average balance, you'll get the incemental interest usually around 20th the next month instead of end of month.

How does the 30 days fresh funds work? If I withdrew 100k on 3 Jan does it mean that I need to wait until 3 Feb to deposit 100k for it to be considered as fresh funds?

How about the 30 days fresh fund requirement for the invited?

Eg 2 esaver accounts.
One single account A.
One joint account A+B.

Say A has $200k but you withdraw $200k on 31Jan and put in other bank

If you fast into joint account A+B on 4 Feb for the Esaver promo, is it considered fresh fund?
