Mari & Cimb need to move at least 5k today. Tmr then move the rest.

Looks like there are 2 conditions
Need 5k on 31 Dec.
And Dec needs to a daily balance of 5k thru out the month.
So putting 5k on 31 Dec will fail the second condition
