Miss the gd ol days when they credited the BI on the last day of the mth
Called CSO, said the final 3/3 will be 20th Jan.
Will put for Tbills, at least give the upfront $ needed.
How you folks think of rate of the upcoming 2 yr bonds?
Don't tell me into RA hor, die early cannot spend for this kind.

How come
CSO said the earlier 1/3 and 2/3 were given earlier than on the 20th of the month already!
Some folks can put every cent to Trust or Mari Savings daily, every cent counts!

i talking about normal public esaver BI from 01 Dec 2024 to 31 Jan 2025.
we are waiting for the Dec 2024 BI
Normal BI ? Bring in fresh funds type? How this works? Then yours must be getting on the 20th of the month.
Is this better than the short term FDs or even the Trust / Mari/ GXS daily savings ?

Sometimes really cannot trust the CSO. They probably read the tnc and reply in their own interpretation but the other crediting team is doing otherwise. There is often a missing communication channel within the same company.
According to the tnc, fall below charge for ADB <$1k is $5 for non SCB priority acct holders

I have been always faithfully keeping 1K as minimum in both my eSaver accts just to be sure...
If it is really waived for priority acct, then I should put the 2K into other uses...
esaver has been my savings since history of my Stanchart bank, never 0 before as in my other banks' savings accounts. Always check the min. balance required!
Every year walk pass banks, check FD rates and promos, get Ang Pow pkts - nothing better to do.
Sometimes, all the banks will blast their promos in msg when you are checking your daily account balance, if got a certain amount then join, if not enough, then I put in Trust/Mari savings to accumulate.
Most of the times I google to check first, bot-chat with banks first, call CSO last resort - ( answers never up-to-date one)
