esaver as long as ADB above $1k I am eligible for the bonus interest?

Technically, you will get interest on the first dollar if your esaver is newly opened. However, if your ADB is below $1k, there is a fall below fee and the interest earned for the month is definitely lower than the fee.

Just recommend a friend to open a new esaver account at Nex 0 deposit and given priority banking even though I say no need :s13:

I also don't where to go.

Just opened Maybank on 30 May. If move here (promo ending Jun), then Jul again don't where to go again cause Maybank promo for Jul to Sep is based on Jun's balance.

So park in CIMB for Jun :s11: Then move to Maybank for Jul to Sep promo and then back to SCB's Oct/Nov promo :s22: :s22: :s22:

I thought some people suggested to just open 2 eSaver accounts in the past ?

yup, still doing that. troublesome to move via a proxy bank but since it's no strings attached for 1.25% (50k), it's worth a few minutes of the time...

If moving fund from one esaver to your other esaver is not considered fresh fund. I wanted to move fund from my esaver to another party's esaver, the bank wouldn't consider it as fresh fund.

But what maumu said below is possible. Hence, I moved my fund to posb, then to another party's esaver.

I've been moving my funds directly from one esaver to another esaver under the same login acc and got the interest everytime.. but then my funds are much lower than you guys so understand maybe some ppl don't want to take the risk if the funds are too large.

NPNT.

The officer confirmed I cannot transfer directly through internet banking to the third party's esaver. She suggested that I withdraw by cashier order. Then I said I withdraw cash to re deposit into the other account. The officer said the bank not enough cash :s13::s13::s13:

Looks like they are discontinuing the security token and replacing everything with the app instead. Problem is that the app requires Android 5 and my phone can only be updated to 5 with unofficial roms...

If you have done it and it is possible, why don’t you just keep it to yourself? Sometimes it doesn’t help if you share share then ppl ask you to show picture all this and then the bank finds out. Once the bank stops it, you and many of those, including myself who have been doing it will lose the higher interest.
For those who really wants to know whether it works, just try on your own. For trial, you can try with small amount if you are afraid that the interest of your big sum doesn’t earn the high interest. On the same note, dun sabo and ask the bank and bao toh others.
