finally, I got an email from my rm that I never met (which is good), but whatsapp to the number get no reply.

call their land line just google search, tarts by cheryl koh. though its expensive the choco tarts are good. Too bad i cant have all choco in box, they dont allow you to choose flavour.

They picked up my call and confirmed that my reservation was valid. Collected before 3pm and waited for 5 mins to have the chocolate tart to be ready.
Overheard some collectors said they WhatsApp but no reply so they went after all. However, din find out whether they were turned away coz my tarts were ready. Quite messy the way they handled these. A few staff but dunno what they were busy with.

I called this number just a few minutes ago to help my Brother to check and they answered. For those who wanna call can call now.

On a side note. If u are not heading home after ur collection, the tart can be kept outdoor for 2hrs nia.

Maybe I was lucky. I sent whatsapp on Sat in the evening 5plus.

I would like to make reservation for the complimentary box of 4 tarts for Standard Chartered Bank priority customers. My code is XXXXYYYY.

Please let me know the dates available for collection. Thank You.

They responded within 5 min saying earliest collection on 16 Apr and gave the form for me to submit the date and time of collection. I'll be collecting next week.

In hot weather, better eat it earlier. Last year brought back a passion fruit tart to discover that it had spread its passion in the box for 4.

i remember the passion fruit has one of the most unique taste, extremely sourish and taste like fresh lemon tart. Didnt know it will melt so easily
